What's included in a Care Plan Health Check?

Technical WordPress Assessment

We'll evaluate how your website was built in WordPress, including the theme and plugins, and update all to the current versions. We'll also identify potential issues and check that everything is appropriately licensed.

Issues / Problems Audit

We will check that there are no issues that could cause future problems or prevent us from supporting you with a Care Plan. We'll make sure your website is accessible to search engines and what you can do to improve your SEO. In addition, we will verify that you have the appropriate website policies in place to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.

Performance Testing

We will test the performance and load time of your website to provide a fast user experience (2 seconds or less to load is optimal). We'll identify any problems that may be slowing down the website.

Security Review

We'll scan your site for malware, viruses, and hacks (if found, they will be removed), assess the existing security processes, check your backup systems, and confirm your website is secure.

Report & Recommendations

You'll receive a comprehensive report with a list of our immediate and longer-term recommendations. The PDF contains information regarding any errors on your website and problems that need to be resolved.

2 Hours Time

As part of the Care Plan Health Check, we include 2 hours to resolve the immediate recommendations. If additional time is required, time blocks are available at a discounted hourly rate.
